Term the licence is applied for: 7 years
Outline of proposed works:
For the first year, push and detect, plus bulk sampling and gravity processing. Following years will involve further push and detect and mining to a depth of 5m, extending existing open pit.Throughout the mining process, Robert Kanen will consult with individual land holders and the broader community and provide information on planned exploration activities and allow opportunities for feedback to be incorporated into the planning process.

6. a. Subject to other statutory requirements being satisfied, a prospecting licence, if granted, entitles the holder of the licence to prospect or explore for minerals, carry out mining on the relevant land, and do anything else that is incidental to that mining.
